Florida Real Estate License Candidates Take Note Of Changes by Bureau of Testing

August 1, 2012

Spring Hill FL Real Estate SchoolA Florida Real Estate License Candidate may review their most recent exam if they did not pass the state licensing examination.  This is recommended if the student has repeatedly attempted to pass the Real Estate Licensing exam, which is a fairly common occurrence.  In a previous blog post, I wrote a commentary on why this is such a phenomena.

The Bureau of Education and Testing is implementing a new rule based upon the updated Florida Administrative Code. The date to submit a request to review the most recent examination administered has changed from two years to 21 days.

The post-examination review process is designed to allow each candidate who sits for and fails an examination developed by the State of Florida the opportunity to review the examination questions, answers, grades and grading key used for that examination.  All examinations review requests must now be submitted within 21 days from Grade Report mailing date or received at the test site.  Review appointments are scheduled with the test vendor, Pearsonvue.

For information on how to review your most recent Real Estate License Exam, go to http://www.pearsonvue.com or call 888-204-6289.
